Sagittarius Logistics Partners with Kquika to Bring AI-Powered Predictive Maintenance to Reusable Rockets

NEW YORK and DENVER, July 29, 2026 - Sagittarius Logistics, Inc., which is developing fully reusable rockets for space logistics, today announced a strategic partnership with Kquika, Inc. to deploy the Trakt AI-powered predictive maintenance platform across its reusable launch vehicle fleet.

The partnership is among the first commercial applications of predictive maintenance AI to reusable launch vehicles. Trakt has demonstrated 95% prediction accuracy and a ~22% reduction in maintenance costs across its existing aviation, defense, and emergency services deployments, and will adapt its six specialized AI models to the demands of high-frequency rocket reusability.

"Reusable rockets flying on an aircraft-like cadence will turn space from a destination into a logistics network," said Jon Slavik, Chief Executive Officer of Sagittarius Logistics. "That vision depends on predictive maintenance that can keep pace with our turnaround cycles. Trakt gives us the operational foundation to build toward routine space logistics."

Sagittarius is developing fully reusable rockets designed for the emerging orbital economy, including applications in off-world data centers, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and automated orbital refueling. Unlike traditional launch providers operating on weekly or monthly cadences, Sagittarius's business model requires rapid vehicle turnaround with minimal unplanned groundings.

"We built Trakt to solve exactly this challenge, translating complex sensor telemetry into actionable maintenance decisions," said Victor Oribamise, CEO of Kquika. "Our experience adapting the platform from commercial aviation to defense and emergency services gives us confidence we can deliver comparable results for reusable launch vehicles. This partnership positions Trakt to become the predictive maintenance layer for the orbital economy."

Partnership Highlights:

- Phased expansion path across the fleet, beginning with few vehicles and scaling to full fleet coverage with all six AI models active as Sagittarius launch operations mature

- Revenue expansion: annual subscription pricing that steps up with each vehicle brought under coverage, so contracted revenue compounds as the Sagittarius fleet grows

- Asset utilization and unit economics: fewer unplanned groundings and higher fleet availability return launch cycles to the revenue schedule, with lower annual maintenance cost per vehicle and faster turnaround improving cost per flight

- Extends Trakt's platform, already validated across aviation, defense, and emergency services, into the reusable launch vehicle market on its existing architecture

- Compliance posture as a competitive moat: AWS GovCloud deployment under FedRAMP Moderate controls, US-person access enforcement, and an ITAR-compliant path to air-gapped on-premise operation

- Federated learning architecture enables cross-fleet pattern recognition without exposure of proprietary telemetry, allowing model accuracy to compound as additional operators join

- Defined roadmap to co-develop rocket-specific AI models with joint IP ownership, alongside joint go-to-market activity for the reusable launch vehicle industry
